10 really bad skin habits

1. Smoking: keep smoking & you'll not only damage your health, but you'll develop deeper wrinkles, saggier skin & blochier skin tone than your peers & faster too.
2. Eating junk food
3. Not using a sunscreen moisturiser daily: the best way to keep your skin from growing wrinkled, saggy & speckled is sunscreen, SPF 30 at the minimum
4. Drinking too much
5. Using dirty makeup brushes
6. Pimple popping
7. Skipping the gym
8. Over exfoilating: over cleansing can aggravate oil production & worsen breakouts
9. Overloading of cosmetics
10. Not washing your face at night
